Important Notes

Exchange Conditions

Please review these conditions before submitting your request:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.
  • You must not send any item back before receiving written authorisation from Xora.
Please note: If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options including a full refund.
