Orders & Payments
All orders placed on xora.lk are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected online payment methods.
- A 10% discount is available for one-time payments and COD orders.
- Xora reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and you may choose to reconfirm or cancel the order.
Delivery & Shipping
We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
- Normal Delivery: 3–7 business days
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Xora will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- Return requests must be raised within the eligible return window specified in our Returns Policy.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Certain items such as perishables, intimate products, or items marked non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
Product Information
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, sizes, or packaging may slightly differ from what is shown on screen due to monitor calibration or photographic conditions.
Xora does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Xora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or carrier failures.
